ARC Acupuncture & Physical Therapy

Whoa man look out! I’ve been to physical therapy many times over the years only to finish extremely disappointed. Every session consisted of here’s a couple stretching exercises now go home and do them! If your like me, that never happened! Willpower? Free time?Just plain lazy? Or Motivation? For me mostly lack of motivation. Not the case here! These folks are different and it makes a difference! My experience so far consists of a hands on deep stretching from the therapist for what seems like as long as I can tolerate it followed by 15 minutes of TINS or what I call shock treatment and occasionally acupuncture at my discretion followed by a vigorous stretching workout in the gym area. These guys are full hands on and you walk out feeling quite worked out but the results are amazing.

The Dr is very knowledgeable and helpful everytime we have acupuncture and gives us great advise to help us to continue good health advise at our age it really helps. I have suffered from the worst back pain the last 4-5 years. I was 17 in bad car accident luck to survive. I suffered back and neck compression and a fractured vertebra. Being young I was able to luckily rehabilitate pretty quickly. Now im 44 and the bad posture and sub par working conditions aggravated the problem. Tweaked my back a couple days ago lifting water jugs. The girls in DeLand got me fixed up quickly. Love the vibes from the office. They are always smiling while applying any needs necessary to get me back on my feet.

This has helped me a lot. The people are very nice and friendly. They teach you how to do the stretches you need and they take their time with the manual manipulation. I would recommend ARC to anyone they're very good.
