Arbor View Nursing and Rehabilitation

After my uncle Following a decline in health after being placed in facilities within Bexar County, our family has been searching for a more conveniently located facility. The chosen facility, while imperfect, has demonstrated a commendable willingness to cater to our family's requirements. Although its aesthetic appeal could be enhanced and a deep cleaning would be beneficial, these improvements could significantly enhance its overall presentation.

This facility is one of the few in our area that I would trust with my loved ones. They've changed so much over the last year under new owners. Not only do they now have state-of-the-art care and practices, but they're led by folks with values at the center of every choice. I would gladly refer a friend/family member here after seeing first-hand the compassionate and custom care they offer. If you haven't been in a while, it's definitely worth a visit to see the differences!

I had the pleasure of working with Teresa shook the nurse and she is one of the kindest souls I've came across. She treats the patients with patience and kindness As well as communicates effectively. This world needs more nurses like her. I don't usually go on to write my opinion and share reviews but this women definitely deserves all the recognition and praise because she does the right thing when no one is looking. I hope her bosses know the asset she is to this nursing home.

Great facility and all staff including management are amazing

There's always something fun going on here, from animal visits to live music and bake sales. Every time I visit, I see residents that are loved and well cared for. The staff is friendly, familiar, and very caring. The (older than most) building looks prettier and prettier every time I visit, but I'm not really that worried about the building. I'm more worried about how they care for the people. The fact that there's a dedicated activity director for memory care, and the whole staff is trained on dementia just shows how much they care about their residents and the quality of life. I'm so happy my grandma lives in a place like this. It's so much more than we could have done for her at home.
