Arbor Pediatrics - Ironwood

This was my first visit ,and the front office staff, Ms.Nyia, was wonderful ,very helpful, and efficient. While I was taking a long time to run my errands, the front office was stay helpful, even though I think it was difficult. The staff worked together each other to check in other patients and their parents , that looked smoos and winderful. thank you so much.

Unethical medical billing! When my baby was 3 days old we went to his newborn appointment. This is a $0 preventive appointment to see how baby is doing. They billed me a $113 up charge to the appointment because they coded the visit as my baby was having trouble eating. I said this has to be a mistake because my baby had never had trouble eating, he is a great eater. They said because I asked the doctor “how many ounces a day should I be pumping” that I needed to be up charged. I am a new mom and have valid questions about having a new baby and they decided to prey on me and our 3 day old child. That is very low and extremely unethical. Please be aware that if you go to this office and ask the wrong question, you will be charged more. The worst part is they decided to let me know that I ow

The doctors and NP's are excellent. They are very thorough and take their time with the children. My only complaint is the length of time to check in. They only have one person checking you in and there is always a line and seems to take quite a long time when you give them your name to enter the info into the computer. We made a visit twice within a few days of each other and each time they gave me an ipad to finish the check in, the tablet couldn't find my daughter in the system. So back to stand in line to wait my turn to let them know this. Other than that frustration, I will continue taking my daughter there. She's almost 8 and she has been going since her first 2 week infant visit.

We had a great visit at Arbor Pediatrics. The staff was friendly, caring, and made my child feel comfortable. The doctor took time to explain everything clearly. Highly recommend!

Been going to this practice formerly Scottsdale Pediatrics since my daughter was a newborn. She’s now 32 months old. I absolutely have adored her doctor since we met her hours after my baby was born, and I still do. However this was the worse visit I’ve experienced. We were in the waiting area for an hour. I finally got called back and I can appreciate the M.A. was transparent when she told me my girl’s doctor was with a patient and there was one patient before us. - Sounds like double booking/overworking a doctor I highly value. I believe my daughter was seen an hour and a half past her appointment time. Keeping an almost 3 year old content/happy for that long was hard. I’m grateful it wasn’t a true “sick” visit as I took her in for a rash. I hope no one with a feverish, or really sick ch
