Arbor Pediatrics - Gilbert

We initially took our baby to Arbor and won't be going back. Not only was the billing staff rude, but they kept telling us we didn't have insurance. After confirming with our insurance that we DID, they still haven't run our insurance correctly. We had a wellness visit, the first one, which SHOULD BE COVERED. Very disappointed in this place as we called and asked them to re-run the insurance multiple times. Please work to resolve this problem.

My children have been patients at this pediatrics office for over six years, and I have brought all five of them here throughout that time. We have excellent insurance, and in all those years this was our very first missed appointment. I missed the appointment because I was ill myself and unable to bring my child in. Despite our long history with the practice and the circumstances, we were charged a $50 no-show fee, and the office refused to waive it. While I understand the importance of office policies, some flexibility and compassion for long-term families—especially when illness is involved—would have gone a long way. We have been going to Arbor medical for 2 years now and we love Dr. WEISSE. She is amazing, and so nice. Can't wait to use her for our baby due in January. The male medical assistant is my favorite (but I can not remember his name for the life of me). He is so nice with the kids and very personable. The front office needs a little insurance education but otherwise they are very nice as well. Clean office with a sick kid section and well kid section.

went there for the first time today and met Hailey. best pediatrician I’ve ever met hands down. she answered every question without making me feel stupid. never doubted me or my worried. and the nurse that did the shots in 3 seconds was phenomenal

Dr. Eric Nyman was amazing!! And we were able to get an appointment very quickly, which is the reason we left our last pediatrician. They also offer Saturday appointments & you can get a "sick visit" appointment, which our last pediatrician also did not offer, so we always had to go to urgent care when they got sick. The facility was also very clean & up to date and all of the staff was very kind, friendly, and helpful. 100% would recommend!
