Arbor Lake Nursing and Rehabilitation

The staff is always friendly and helpful. The patients appear clean and well cared for. LaShun at the front desk is always courteous and smiling. My friend who lives there says the food is pretty good and seems to like the nurses and staff. Highly recommend.

It was horrible the staff was rude. They talked to the patients like their garbage. They tried to send me to Presbyterian homeless shelter I got over there and I saw all these people outside it was nasty so I got some money and I took an Uber to my son's house and then the next morning I flew to Seattle and that's where I'm staying

The staff is friendly and competent. The residents are well cared for and treated with respect. My friend who lives here is always clean, shaved and wearing clean clothes. He even says the food is pretty good. This facility is older and the accommodations are not fancy, but it is clean and well maintained. I feel confident that my loved one is safe and cared for at Arbor Lake.

Good team work, customer service with excellent communication. Every departments is a team player in delivering goods and services to the residents.
