Both of my children are patients at this practice and I am very impressed with how they have been cared for. The doctors are exceptional and truly take the time to listen and make my kids feel comfortable. Anna, the receptionist has always been very patient and accommodating with my questions. She has been prompt and friendly responding to any requests I have. I’d also like to add that the nursing staff has provided timely follow ups with call backs. I am thankful we found Arapaho Park Pediatrics.

Doctor Will has been our pediatrician for 3 years and has been wonderful with both of my children. Highly recommend.

Dr. Edwards is AMAZING. We are first time parents and our little peanut has some health issues that we have been working to figure out since she's been born. Every time we call we've been often been able to get in the following day, if not that same day. Dr. Edwards has been very patient with every visit and takes the time to listen to our concerns and our endless questions as first time parents. We have never felt rushed and have felt happy with every visit.

As a mother of an adopted child with complex medical and developmental needs, I have felt so seen and heard by Dr. Girardeau at Arapahoe Park Pediatrics. Anna at the front desk is always greeting us by name and helpful with scheduling for sick visits. It is easy to get referrals to needed specialists and portal access with messaging to providers makes communication easy.

My girls’ doctor is amazing! However, who ever oversees and runs the front office particularly the billing department should find a new profession. One that requires very little: skill, proactive communication and customer service. They would be great at it. I have never experienced such blatant laziness, unaccountability and willingness to help when we needed help resolving 2 denied insurance claims for my daughters wellness visits. Denied because the billing department used the wrong policy numbers on the claim submission forms. When I called to inquire about it, I was told “I am too busy to be dealing with this” “you need to call your insurance company and tell them to do it internally”.
