Definitely a must! Treat yourself right and pamper yourself the way you should be. All of the staff are great! Professional, courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. My favorite is Nita. Attention to detail, adjusting to your needs and making the uncomfortable comfortable!

Fantastic experience. Clean, comfortable, inviting, relaxing experience. My wife and I regularly do massages, at home in Chicago, and everywhere we travel around the world. The environment and the therapists were just outstanding. Fairly reasonable pricing for the level of service provided. We come to Newport Beach often, and have found our go to massage spot. FYI, cash and/or Zelle or Venmo. Saves on the cc processing fees. Good for them.

Rude and unprofessional. My appointment started late, so I only received 45 minutes instead of the full hour I paid for. During the session, I politely asked the massage therapist not to pull my hair, and she abruptly left the room without explanation. Despite this, they insisted on charging me for the full session. When I told the front desk I wouldn’t be returning, the woman simply said, “That’s fine—too bad,” unprofessional and dismissive. I've come here for years. They must be under new management but never coming back. I don’t recommend this place if you value professional service.

I’ve been experiencing neck and back pain for the past two weeks, so I decided to visit in the evening to see if a massage therapist could help. Sunshine was my masseuse, and she was absolutely excellent. I told her about my neck pain, and she took great care to ensure I was comfortable while addressing my discomfort. She focused on my neck and upper back with precision while also delivering a perfectly balanced full-body massage. I will definitely be returning to her, and I highly recommend her to anyone in need of a great massage. The facility is spotless, and the staff is incredibly welcoming.

During my visit to CA I got a 90 min message for $120 and my son got a deep tissue message for $130. I thought it was expensive. The lady who did my message was very good. She had strength but was also gentle as I am a recently recovered heart surgery patient. We had communicated that. They were checking on how I was feeling all throughout. I felt relaxed. Will visit again on my next trip. The limiting actor is money.
