AR Dental Care: General and Pediatric Dentistry

I had good service at this dentist for a few years. However, I am now quite disgruntled with them. I made an appointment several weeks ago. I even called them twice to clarify something. Today, after taking time off work, when I went to my scheduled appointment and waited about 1/2 hour in the waiting area only to be told that the practice no longer takes my insurance. While making the appointment, I confirmed with them that my insurance had not changed - which it has not! At no time did I receive a notice that my insurance was no longer accepted. The practice had ample time to notify me in writing or verbally of any changes in their policies. I have Delta Dental which the practice does accept as indicated in numerous signs throughout the office. The person at the desk told me that it was

Dr. Jacqueline was extremely nice and friendly! She was very welcoming and made me feel at ease. I also liked how there was a TV where I could watch a movie, which helped to relax. The entire staff is extremely friendly and welcoming! 10/10 😊❤️

Incredible pediatric dentist. Its the best practice we found in the Bay Area. We tried multiple dentists from Marin county to San Francisco and this is hands down the most honest, trustworthy and highly experienced pediatric dentist.

Went there on the weekend because of a broken tooth. Very gentle and thoughtful care. Took underlying medical issues into account. I don't have dental insurance and the dental service did not overcharge even though it was emergency care. I appreciated the level of care and concern received.

Don’t go to this Dentist! Office is NOT COVID-19 safe. Fans blowing on throughout office - some sitting on floor). No air exchange (they are blowing dust and potential pathogens around office not OUT of treatment area). No single use exam chair covering( they are using cellophane food wrap to cover chairs)! They did not address pain( though that was why I sought emergent treatment on a Sunday because of that exact reason). I had to insist upon antibiotics (X-ray showed infection/inflammation). I am worse for having gone here. I saw a REAL dentist today; and was actually treated. DONT GO TO THIS DENTIST.
