This is a horrible practice. I was assured by Dr Koziarski's staff that my ultrasound would be covered under my insurance AFTER insisting that I had to have it performed at the medical facility where I work. I took their word for it and received a VERY expensive bill, called the billing office and they were unable to help in any way and informed me this happens alot. BEWARE!!!! shady billing practices!!!! I would give them a zero if I could. Dr told me my insurance didn't reimburse very well for him to fix my veins. Are you kidding me?????
