I arrived 20 minutes early for my appointment and was "checked in" by a young woman who simply asked my name and if anything had changed since my last visit. She never sat at her computer to check me in. I was finally called in 20 minutes past my appointment time. After my vitals were taken in the exam room, I sat for 35 minutes (almost one hour past my appointment time), with no one coming in to check on me or inform me of any delays. I went out of the room to see what was going on, and the entire staff was sitting behind the desk eating pizza. I told them the least they could have done was check on me or keep me informed, and they'd better not charge me for that visit since I received no care at all.

When meeting with this Doctor she informed me that Healthcare money was "being sent over seas to pay for condoms for the Taliban to build bombs with". I left half way through the appointment because of how incredibly uncomfortable I felt with the things she was saying.

April is genuinely concerned about her patients health and well being. She listens intently to details that other health professionals miss. i highly recommend her as a primary “care” provider who actually cares.

APRIL IS AMAZING. she is VERY concerned for her patients well being. big mental health advocate!!
