Apple Pharmacy

There’s a young lady here at the counter that is genuinely kind and helpful. My dad was having some insurance issues and we were able to resolve it together. She helped my dad make a call to his family when he did dental work and couldn’t talk. She actually cares for the patients and their prescription needs. While she’s helping a customer, she acknowledges the next customer that comes into the store / waits in line and greets them. Overall, the service is great and because of her, I’ve had a satisfied experience at this pharmacy when I helped my dad retrieve his medication. Whenever you walk around Flushing, there seems to be a pharmacy at every corner...which I get. It is a very profitable business. However, I choose Apple pharmacy as my go to (despite being closer to college point blvd than main street) purely for the pharmacists. They go ABOVE AND BEYOND to help you make sure your medications are affordable. They will contact your insurance to make sure everything is covered and they also will contact the pharmaceutical company itself to see if they have any coupons that can be applied to your co-pay. Highly recommend them if you need a reliable pharmacy. I literally just quickly double park my car and I'm in and out within 1 minute.

Tried to get a prescription filled and found out nothing was done for a week even after I called and was told that it was going to be in the process of being done. I was told "in a few days" multiple times and found the person that I was speaking to on the phone somewhat rude.

The pharmacy is great! The workers there are very diligent and kind.
