Apple Dental Practice

I love this office and the people who work there. Very helpful and patient. Dentistry in general makes me very anxious and they did so well to make me comfortable physically and mentally. Provided a blanket for warmth, explained every step of the process for me, answered all my questions. Im going to switch my primary dentist to them. Also on top of their scheduling so your not sitting for two hours waiting on your appointment so there are very prompt as well. They made so comfortable I feel visits will be regular for me as I feel safe with them. Thank you Apple Dental !

I have been receiving treatment from Apple Dental in the past few years. I really like Apple Dental! Everyone here is super nice and my dentists are professional and helpful. So far, I have 6 crowns and 6 tooth extraction done at Apple dental. Everything went well!

Awful practice. Very disappointing experience. They up charge and up sell EVERYTHING. When asked questions or reasoning for things on statement they could not answer. RUN. Even the oral surgeon at this location was mediocre. Pure money grab. I got an opinion down the street for half of the price. I showed them my quote and they said there was a bunch of stuff I didn’t even need. This company is committing fraud. I recommend getting ALL paperwork (chart note, X-rays, quotes etc.)

A BUSINESS WITH RACIST EMPLOYEES!! I went to this dental office for X-ray and cleaning services. During my appointment, the staff member who performed the X-ray and cleaning asked me multiple inappropriate and discriminatory questions about my immigration status. I was asked how I am staying in this country, which visa I am on, and detailed questions about my immigration process, more than 10 questions in total. These questions were completely unrelated to dental care, unprofessional. I do not recommend this office and I hope management takes this issue seriously.

I want to start by saying the doctors and dental staff are extremely kind and professional. Unfortunately, the back office is a completely different experience. There is a serious lack of communication, and the office manager is rude and unhelpful. I was charged excessive amounts for procedures that did not seem necessary, and when I called with questions, my calls were never returned. While the clinical staff is excellent, the back office operations are very disappointing.
