Apple Creek Health and Rehabilitation

I have had both of my parents in apple creek. My mom was there for surgery rehab and my dad is there for continued care of ALS. The staff has been great. They have listened to any concerns we’ve had and kept us informed on any health changes.

I was visiting from TX when I broke my femur. After surgery and 3 days in Mercy, my husband chose Apple Creek. The staff - everyone of them was friendly and patient. I want to particularly recognize the nursing and PT/OT staff. Though insurance would not approve an extension, I came home well prepared to continue therapy. Hint: let the staff know your menue preferences! Sherrie

This is an astounding facility, has beautiful private rooms. The staff is extremely polite, and are always there to assist my dad when needed! They were extremely quick with their Admissions, and make it extremely comfortable during the whole process. Thank you Lydia, Serenity, Dylan, and Laramie! Everyone I have met greets me with a bright smile! Thank you Apple Creek!

I was there because I have 5 fractures pelvic area. I had to ask if I could try the steps, because I have 15 steps. I had to ask to use a walker. I had maybe 15 minutes of trying the steps. Then I had a discharge date. Tried an appeal because I still needed the operation. Appeal was denied!!! I went in there hurting and left hurting. Still waiting to see about surgery. Still can't walk without my walker. Makes NO sense. Still have 5 fractures that are still hurting. Activities...hardly any activity going on. I was there to give meds to. No one to really talk to. One of the therapy counselors was excellent.
