I had a pleasant arrival at Appalachian Regional things all went well until the interns accused me as being g a liarer. I had an early in Jackson Kentucky and the told me that the kidney stone had passed. They told me they could not take my word for it .I said the could contact the Jackson Hospital there self's. She told me that they could not Jackson Hospitals word or documents for it. I said fine schedule the surgery for as soon as possible .I had had this Stent inside me for 3 months. I had been burning and passing blood for 2 months. 2 days after I return home they call me and say the stone is still there there. I schedule surgery for the 15th of July. I say ok but I'm going to want to see my xray I want to see the stone that reapplied itself to me.we will see what happens then.It i

Sometimes confusing. Good parking and access. Different opinions from the 2 gastrointestinal doctors.

Took my child to have some dental work done there, the nurses were somewhat friendly we ran into one person who does the anesthesia he kind of had a smart attitude he wanted to smart off to everything you said. Worst place ever. They treat people horrible

This is just my experience from being on the phone. I haven’t actually visited the facility. I had to call 9 times with some calls lasting for over 5 minutes of me trying to get ahold of a nurse who was taking care of my mother who was flew there from our local hospital Harlan ARH. I wanted an update on my mother and to give contact info. When I finally was put through to speak to someone they were extremely rude to me and her nurse was unavailable. I really don’t want to call back to try and get an update because of how rude they were. All I wanted was an update on my mother.
