Hey there! I know we live in a world of chatgpt and unreliable narrators, but this one comes from the heart. I'm 31 years old. I haven't been to a doctor in 15 years. It came time to get proactive. The facility came at the recommendation of my Mother, and she couldnt have picked a better place for me! I wasn't nervous per say, but I was definitely a fish-out-of-water to say the least. Firstly, I cannot say enough good things about the staff here. I know sometimes we all expect medical providers or said atmosphere to be in abundance of empathy and comfort, but that line of work is taxing on the soul. It takes alot for those people to clock-in and take care of us. In any case, upon arrival I was immediately relieved because the aesthetics of the building and its design doesnt scream "hospit

I always have a pleasant experience in the office during my visits! Rebecca is knowledgeable, approachable, and warm, which makes every appointment comfortable and positive. However, the billing department has been a bit frustrating to deal with. I’ve called multiple times and was told to disregard a bill, only to receive the same bill again several times. I have not been quick about scheduling checkups after having to follow up with the billing department multiple times to resolve issues.

I went to this Dr office when I was told I would only have a 15 dollar copay. Then I gave them my insurance and was billed 196 bucks. The next time I went my insurance had cancelled and I got a 390 dollar bill from the Dr office and an 800 dollar bill from the labs they said I had to have. I told them I didn't need my labs done but they made me anyways. I'm trying to get these bills paid but they have ruined my credit. Like completely. So glad I qualified for the 15 dollar copay. Thanks so much for all the lies you all said to me I will never use this Dr off office again and I will make sure to tell people who I was treated.

The staff here is amazing and I love the fact that I can reach them through the app and they get back to me within 24 hours. I would most definitely recommend them to everyone. The pharmacy is also right there on site.

These people are what all medical practices should be like. The staff are always friendly and helpful. So glad I choose this office to have my medical taken care of. They make you feel comfortable and trust worthy. That's is important.
