Had a very positive experience. Walked in with sort of messed up issue regarding a savings card, Trish was able to untangle the situation fairly quick, and I walked out with my RX within two minutes and saved a ton of money. Good people!

Terrible experience for me. I ordered a prescription a week and a half ago on a Thursday, was supposed to be delivered on Tuesday or Wednesday it is now the next Monday. No word, no tracking for the shipment and no notice of late arrival. Customer service was awful. They were not solution oriented. Everything over the phone was so much more complicated and they would say they would do something and nothing ever happened. If you can't help me, transfer me to someone who can, that's all I ask! At least I could got a refund, otherwise it would've been one star. After many, many phone calls I switched to a different pharmacy.

Wish I had looked at reviews before having my child's dr. send a script to this pharmacy. They don't return calls, dont leave voicemails, don't text...nothing. Its been 3 days and I haven't even been able to speak to a human there much less order the medicine. I've called and emailed...received zero response. I've reached out to the dr to let them know and have requested using a different pharmacy. They only chose this one because they thought it would be faster...clearly not. Terrible service...please don't send scripts to this place because they aren't going to fill it or communicate with you at all.

My wife has used this service before and always had a great experience now it was my turn, and they didn’t disappoint. One of my prescriptions was delivered right away, and the second took a bit longer due to insurance approval. Thankfully, they handled the insurance process for me, making everything completely stress-free. As soon as it was approved, my prescription was delivered to my door quickly and efficiently. Everyone I spoke to over the phone was polite, helpful, and genuinely attentive it really made a difference. We’re always happy when our dermatologist sends prescriptions here. The service is reliable, smooth, and just easy. Thank you!
