First time customer and I’m very pleased! Got a same day refill of an item that they just got shipment of. I called ahead and they helped me troubleshoot as it was out of stock in their system and not yet unpacked. To make things even better they applied a coupon to my order which made it free. I didn’t even ask for it, I can’t tell you how much I really needed that. Speedy, efficient, and friendly service!

Great place for Dermatology medications. They will find the best price, with discount cards or insurance. They also deliver or you can pick then up. They're the only place that carries the generic Tazarotene foam without having to order. Very happy.

I received a call from Apotheco seemingly within minutes of my prescription being submitted. I received my order within 2 days (packaged well to protect product), and my co-pay was minimal - especially compared to the $700 price that my local pharmacy would have had to charge. So I am very happy with the product, price, delivery and service. I typically don’t care for mail-order pharmacies based on past experiences, but I will continue to use Apotheco and so highly recommend them to anyone.

So far, I’ve had great experience with their customer service. They’re very nice and generally efficient. I have received my prescription with no hassle through delivery. I have had two separate difficulties in the past though. One was due to the supplier, not pharmacy. The other problem wasn’t specified, but one of the deliveries was cancelled and then the system was showing my prescription to be way more expensive than normal. It fixed itself after a few days, but it was interesting.

I found them very professional with my prescription needs. Also, very impressed with their follow up, they went above and beyond to connect with me without being annoying! Plus, delivery was super fast. Now I just hope that these prescriptions will help my skin rid itself of the acne that I should have grown out of 30 years ago!!
