The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. My doctor prescribed two medications to be filled by Apotheco Pharmacy. The information I received about the pharmacy was given to me as well said they would contact me to get my Insurance information. I only received a text to ask for my billing information. I called the Pharmacy to provide my insurance information. The first person was unable to help me so I spoke to a second woman that didn’t understand English properly and kept talking over me. I spoke very slowly and just said I had 2 Prescriptions my doctor sent. I just wanted to provide my insurance information if possible. She just kept asking if I was a patient and kept talking over me when I tried to speak slowly and help her understand that they were filling my prescriptions and

The woman who answers the phone in Spanish is rude and disrespectful and needs to learn manners and customer service. She refused to give me her name and then hung up on me. My dermatologist sent a prescription through Tandem to this pharmacy, and this woman rudely told me it was because my insurance didn't cover it and that they were the only ones who had the medication at that price thanks to a coupon (implying that I should be grateful to them), even though I already knew the price of the medication since the previous Friday (long before the insurance denied coverage and the prescription arrived at the pharmacy). Honestly, some of the best women I’ve met — Vanessa spoke with me on the phone, and Chenée checked me out in person. Both gave me amazing communication, really listened, and did their best to provide solutions. I’ll definitely be coming back just because of them and the great environment at this location. I didn’t get to speak much with the pharmacist, but we did greet each other — overall, it’s a good place with great people. I’ll absolutely be using Apotheco Pharmacy again. Received a $60 dermatological cream in a rather large tube which will last for at least a year, closer to two given I use it 1x/day. The expiration date is five months from date of receipt. When I called pharmacy to complain about the 5-month shelf life for such an expensive cream, they had a negative and rather combative attitude. I spoke with both the receptionist who was very dismissive and the pharmacist who was equally as dismissive and calloused about my concern. They would not take the cream back, nor contact the manufacturer about dispensing creams that have a 5 month life. Their attitude and lack of interest in resolving my concern was astounding and rather irresponsible. I will never fill there again. They clearly do not care about their patients wellbeing and satisfaction.

My dermatologist office sent a medication here and the customer service is atrocious. The person who answered the phone was incredibly rude and told me that my medication would be $900, and they would give me a coupon and I would get it for $200. I told her that another online pharmacy would fill it for $90, before I could even finish my sentence and the lady on the phone told me to get it there then and hung up on me! I guess they are not in the business of helping people just want to price gouge!!
