Since switching pharmacies I have not had any problems filling my prescription’s. There has been a few times I needed to wait, but that is absolutely normal. Thank you to all the employees at Apothecary…….your hard work has not gone unnoticed!!!

I have been a patient of the Hospital of Saint Raphael’s since I was a child. Their staff has always been nothing less than professional at every visit. This hospital staff has saved my life on 3 occasions from being in a coma to being intubated; on life support. I also agreed to be placed in their news column; years ago, because I loved this hospital staff this much. I have faithfully put my life in their hands until this day with no second guessing. I have also placed my faith in to their Apothecary pharmacy as well. Until today at 3:56pm. I received a phone call from the prescription delivery driver that notified me that he was outside with my medication. We greeted each other. He asked my name as he was typing on his cellular device. Great professional staff,, they really came in clutch for me when my pharmacy was no longer on the list for my insurance and I had to switch pharmacies after 30yrs going to the same place.
I was discharged from the hospital after receiving a surgical procedure and waited 2.5 hours to have my prescription filled which delayed my departure. I had concerns about the medications listed early on and called the apothecary to have this resolved but was placed on hold 3 times while in the hospital. The nurses in my unit attempted to communicate via mobile heartbeat but no luck. My nurse physically transported me to the apothecary to pick up my medication. I was charged out of pocket fees but advised of my Cigna and BCBS medical insurance coverage and Caremark coverage under two separate companies. The pharmacist asked if I had Medicaid? Why I don’t understand but advised that I was a clinician employee of the hospital with two separate pharmacy insurance coverage. After much back an
