You can get medical supplies anywhere, but if you want knowledgeable and caring people initially AND in the reorder/replacement areas, I can’t imagine a better business. I actually look forward to interacting with them. Apollo Medical Services is great! Elliott and Courtney are outstanding to deal with. I trust them with my sleep!

I have worked with Courtney on several occasions and she is super helpful and full of great advice. I was having major issues with my Sleep Doc and his staff. They were unwilling to provide me a RX without coming in for a new sleep study and I had just had one, six months ago. My insurance will not pay for another one that soon so I spoke with Courtney and she had some very valuable suggestions. I followed her advice and had my RX a few days later. She also assisted me in getting set up in a new device. Courtney has always been super respectful and helpful beyond what is required!!! Thank you Courtney!!!!!!

Both my husband and I are retired Air Force and have used Apollo since 2011. They come to your house and explain equipment. They’ve gone out of their way to ensure I have everything I need. I would highly recommend them to anyone, especially the military community.

NOTE: IF I COULD RATE LESS THAN ONE STAR, I WOULD! I have been dealing with the folks at Apollo Medical Services since receiving my CPAP unit from them in January 2015. Unfortunately my experience has not been very positive. Their customer service has been substandard from day one. I made multiple calls to the representative who delivered my unit because I had questions regarding a few features and he would not return my calls. I made an in-person visit to their office to voice my concern and decided to give them another try. Unfortunately, the service has not gotten any better. The only positive comment I have for this company is that on one occasion, I received a call the manager who made an effort to address another customer service shortcoming. You can get supplies anywhere, but it’s the support and service Apollo Medical provides that are top notch. They bend over backwards to provide support any time and any way you need it. Great company!
