Apollo Imaging - Diagnostic Radiology

So far the best radiology This is a very good place, clean and reception is so professional.

This place also goes by the name AMI imaging. My experience with this facility was a disaster. First I received at least 7 voicemails telling me if I need to cancel my appointment to call them. With no call back number. Since they kept calling I found the number and called them to see if I needed to confirm the appointment. The lady on the phone seemed very confused and basically told me no I didn’t need to call to confirm. Then the SAME LADY called me less than 2 hours later to CONFIRM my appointment. At this point, okay fine it’s disorganized but whatever. I go there today for my appointment and tell me I cannot be seen because my no fault benefits are closed. Which is literally incorrect. The paper they printed to try to prove to me my benefits were closed had my claim number and adjust

Unprofessional.  Biased.  Insensitive. Uncaring.  This is my opinion about this facility based on my recent personal experience. I had 2 accidents within 3 months.  This place was assigned all my MRI tests. They omitted a lot of details on my 3rd accident MRI test.  They refused to submit the accurate tests results especially on the specific injured part.  They skipped it and reported on the other parts with less damage. Before taking any test at their facility, make sure to tell them what needs to be done by showing them the specific injuries and SPECIFY where to focus the machine on. Otherwise they will not give full and accurate report.  Its been 8 weeks since my medical facility asked for a revision/update and still they haven't made any effort to comply. I had to retake the test all

So far the best Radiologist I had since my accident. The reception was excellent, caring and professional. I will definitely recommend Apollo to anyone that needs MRI.

It's first come first serve... They don't give a damn about your appointment!! Rude attitude!!
