I have a degree in health and physical education and highly recommended Paula's functional training. She is aways on her toes insuring each one is doing the exercises properly. She varies the exercises and keeps us doing things we did not know we could do. Paula is a pleasure to be with and makes each person feel special no matter what their abilities are. Kathleen
