Apex Urgent Care Katy

The entire staff was friendly. From the time I walked in and interacted with the front desk, to being sent to the back. They were quick, friendly, great attitudes and professional. If I ever have to go to an urgent care in the future, or recommend a facility to friends and family, Apex Urgent Care will definitely be the place.

Wasn't a long wait. Very friendly and courteous receptionist. My nurse was very friendly and talkative made me feel comfortable on first visit. He made it easy to answer his questions regarding my visit. Waited for about 5 minutes when the doctor walked in. He gave me a thourgh check up new right away I didn't have bronchitis and explained as to why he came to that conclusion tested me for the flu. Which I have. While visiting family in Katy TX I will come back to APEX IF NEED CARE. THANKS TO THE STAFF.

They took me in when they were closing up, literally 30 minutes from closing. The front desk lady Moor was super accommodating and helped me with the paperwork. Even though close to closing the MA Jose was joking with us and handled the intake super fast and smoothly and then the provider Nebril came in and told me not to stress that there's plenty of time I wasn't stressed at all and they gave me the best care. I'll be back and this was the best experience. Thank you apex team.

Needed to be seen for a stye an wrnt on line at about 4:20 ti see if I could get an appt. They hadn in 10 minutes. Perfect as.it is less.than 5 minuets from.our house. Got seen within 15 minutes of arriving. And probably would.have been seen sooner if.it wasnt for new patient paper work. Got taken care of and a prescription sent to the pharmacy. Very happy with the staff and care. I know it is not that quick all of.the time depending on patient load but very happy with service and will return in the future if we need care.

We brought our son to this urgent care when he came down with the flu, and I cannot say enough good things about the care he received. As a parent, it’s incredibly stressful to see your child feeling so sick, but the staff immediately put both him and us at ease. From the front desk to the medical team, everyone was kind, patient, and reassuring. They took the time to listen, explained everything clearly, and treated our son with such gentleness and compassion. It was obvious they truly cared about his comfort and well-being, not just treating his symptoms. The facility was clean, organized, and efficient, which helped make the visit smooth and far less overwhelming.
