I had a massage by Brooke and she did an amazing job! She asked the amount of pressure I like, and she did deep pressure perfectly. She also listened to every problem area of mine, and hit every spot that I needed. It was one of the best massages I’ve ever had. I’ll definitely be returning.

Hey! I got snowshoes for Christmas and I love them. Thanks to Cam, Travis and especially Jenna, I am enjoying winter activities and looking forward to a busy summer. After bilateral partial knee replacement surgeries this fall, Apex Physical Therapy provided caring and focused rehabilitation. I appreciated every encouraging word and smile. I especially needed to hear ‘This exercise will help you get out of the car.’ ‘This exercise will help you get into the shower.’ I learned correct movements and postures. This small community is VERY lucky to have such skilled, compassionate, and caring physical therapists. I know successful treatment is based on engagement of the prescribed exercises. The MedBrige Go app is great for that because it keeps me accountable and the videos remind me how to do some of the exercises. Thank you for your expertise and for being part of my care team.
