Never in my life have I dealt with a doctor’s office that postpones appointments and mishandles scheduling like this one. I’ve now had three appointments canceled because their billing department can’t obtain insurance authorization correctly. I confirmed directly with my insurance that nothing is even being submitted on their end. The office seems disorganized, and I speak with a different person every time, each giving different information. If you have an upcoming procedure and need things handled in a timely and reliable manner, this may not be the place for you. That said, the doctors themselves are great, which makes the administrative issues even more disappointing.

I went to the office today. The staff there are very nice, but I never the Doctor, I always see a different doctor. The doctor told me I have to get another test that is going to cost me $90.00 out of my pocket at St. Marys General Hospital. I am on a budget I live on S.S. So, I immediately called and they the operator that I needed to talk to the doctor, she told me they will call you back. I waited and no call

I should’ve read all the reviews before I scheduled my appointment When calling for the appointment it sounded like so much static like you speaking to someone at the bottom of an ocean!! Very bad location in Passaic parking was very very limited The staff at the window are horrible and unprofessional just giggling and passing time The worse was the waiting time which was extremely long and frustrating it them over an hour just to take my cards and left me waiting where there was a whole bunch of people still waiting ahead of me I had no choice but to cancel my appointment at the spot I can’t spend half of my day for just a follow up No apology can be accepted because it’s seems like this will be constantly a repeat of the same issues that other reviewers had mentioned and you are not real

My appointment was at 3:30 and I didn’t get seen till 4:30. The waiting room was packed when I arrived 10 minutes early. I can understand running a few minutes behind but what is the point of having an appointment time if you’re not going to see a patient till an hour later. Waste of my time.

If I could, I would give this office zero stars. 1. Even if you have time for your appointment, you will wait there for a very long time . 2. They are sending you a text messages with new appointment detalis which is not made by you. 3. The person who is answering the phone provided is so unprofessional and rude. 4. If you want the doctor to call you with test results or you need to speak with him about some issues, there is a problem and you cannot reach the him, and you are told to make an appointment. It is unacceptable. 5. There is no straight phone number to the office. When you ask the operator to connect you, he has a problem to do that and if finally you are connected, nobody is picking up and nobody is calling you back. I have never seen so unprofessional office in my entire lif
