We have been coming here for years. And I want to say that Vanessa,Yajayra,& Stephanie are the sweetest ladies here. They are always welcoming everyone who walks in the door so nice. Dr.Luke is also very welcoming and very sweet. I’ve never had a bad experience. The place is very nice and organized. If you’re seeing reviews saying these ladies are rude please don’t believe everything you see.

I had an excellent experience at Apex Eye Care. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, professional, and attentive. The clinic was clean, modern, and very well-organized, which immediately put me at ease. I bring my whole family here and will continue to do so! Great doctor and staff. Definitely would recommend.

The doctor here is excellent, but the customer service at the front desk is unacceptable. I normally don’t leave reviews, but after experiencing it myself and then reading other reviews, I realized this is a pattern that needs to be addressed. One of the receptionists is consistently rude, unwelcoming, and impatient. She’s been on her phone while patients are waiting, and I even witnessed her raising her voice at a child, telling her to “just pick one” instead of showing patience. On my first visit, there was no greeting or acknowledgment when we walked in. When we returned to pick up my daughters’ glasses, she seemed annoyed we were even there and didn’t bother to instruct them to try their glasses on, I had to step in myself.
