They accept walk ins but don't give an ETA. Once you are in it goes by pretty quickly. The doctor is knowledgable and very nice. The receptionist is quick and can tell you what is covered in your insurance. The doctor is some what biligual which helps.

I had a first time appointment with them today at 10 am. When I arrived the receptionist informed me that the doctor was on his way. By 10:15 he still hadn't arrived. I informed her that I was canceling my appointment and left. Being late when you have scheduled appointments is unprofessional and a very bad first impression.

Dr. Boynton has cared for all my families eye needs for several years and we really appreciate how caring he is about our eye health. The office staff is friendly. The office is clean.

Yes the prices are low, but the service is so bad here. I've been waiting about a week to just ORDER my contacts, and I already had the prescription. I call and call and call, they NEVER answer their phone, and when I finally get a hold of someone, they still have to transfer me a bunch of times to tell me that they didn't know. I had called once, and they told me the office was closed and to call again the next day, I did and they told me to call again on Monday because it was still closed. The doctor is very nice, the representatives are so dumb though. I'd I didn't already have my prescription here, I would much prefer to go elsewhere where I know I would get service. I finally got to order my contacts, and I'm the first person here waiting to pick them up (which by the way, hours are S
