Customer Reviews
The pharmacist, Shirley, is RUDE!!! I called to cancel a prescription for my child so it can be accepted at our new pharmacy as we are not on that side of the city anymore. The pharmacist proceeds to say the medicine has to be picked up because it cost to much money to get and she told me that. Neither her and I, NOR any of the staff, ever spoke before and they didn't have my updated number as we haven't needed use of the pharmacy in over a year. Then she proceeds to say she's going to send an angry email and hangs up. Finally the icing on the cake is she called back saying we did call you because your name and your son's name is peculiar. I said you called back for what and this is harassment at this point. AGAIN she hung up. DISGUSTING AND UNPROFESSIONAL
I don’t usually leave reviews, but I felt this needed to be shared. I went to this pharmacy today after having my appendix removed, still in pain and moving slowly. As I was walking to the counter, the pharmacist told me to “walk faster”—with absolutely no idea what I had just been through. It’s frustrating and honestly disappointing. People come to the pharmacy because they’re not well—this should be a place of understanding and compassion, not judgment. Just because someone “looks fine” on the outside doesn’t mean they aren’t going through something serious internally. Instead of being met with care or patience, I was told to hurry up. That’s outrageous and unacceptable in a healthcare environment. Please be mindful that not every illness or pain is visible. Never returning back and b
They are the worse I called a week ago and gave them my information now they asking for insurance again just to get my medicine there wait time is unacceptable for medicine that’s done
They are rude and I don't know why they are in our ward. They need to shut down. My insurance company have dropped them so now I go to CVS pharmacy and so much better.
Very convenient and great customer service!! Thank you!!
