I had a wonderful experience after returning to the dentists after quite a long time! Both Kerrin and SungHo at the front desk were awesome! They answered all my questions and made me feel right at home as I waited a very short period to be seen! My hygienist Leciane was a 20/10 for sure. She not only showed me I have been flossing incorrectly for my whole life but also gave me great advice to keep my teeth healthy in many different scenarios! I learned more about the bones and how the teeth grow! Danielle was awesome with ensuring I had the correct information for my prescription. And of course Dr. Moini and her assistant Rafa are the stars of the show! She is very informative and helpful it was all together a wonderful experience. I can't wait for my next visit!

It used to be a great place, but the service has become terrible. I completed my Invisalign treatment here and was given a verbal quote for my retainer. With the new management, they are not honoring the original quote. I was promised a call to resolve the issue, but instead they are now asking for proof and trying to charge an extra $500 for the same service. I’m really disappointed and have decided not to use their services anymore

Staff was v. nice but felt rushed when dentist arrived (even though I had waited about 15 minutes in the chair). Confused by 3 staff attempting to help me with the Panorex. I have serious balance issues and xray started before I was positioned - thought it would hit my head or I would fall. At checkout I was told I had a charge for denture adjustment when I had been told at previous visit there would be no charge. Waiting room chairs are extremely short & not suitable for older adults who need chair arms & a higher seat - I could not use them without someone helping me to stand. I need 5 extractions to prep for lower dentures but there were 4 noted by dmd. She had not checked the remaining teeth for integrity. As this was my first experience with the new AP Dental I admit I was disap

I've been going to this office for years. I found this office after a bad experience in a smaller office, and this felt like a major upgrade. The space feels modern with air purifiers in all the rooms, and they have a great system with text reminders for appointments. All the professionals who work there are very kind and professional. However, I think something has changed since the business switched from "Premier Dental" to "AP Dental". I have had to wait over 20 minutes for appointments I arrived on time for, and generally felt like they have been less organized than they used to be. They clearly have retained some of the same lovely employees, so I am not entirely sure why they seem less put together. I called about a minor issue after a filling and after they promised to call me

Premier Dental will upsell you surgeries you don’t need. Always get a second opinion!! Went in for a regular cleaning and one of the dentists claimed my back molars would decay within the year and I should act now and get it surgically removed to prevent further problems. Of course got a second opinion and they said just need to do more cleaning in the back. No surgery needed. Every dentist has recommendations based on their own experience but their dentist was a bit pushy and adamant on being scheduled for the surgery. Go find yourself a genuine and honest dentist has your best interest in mind, not to pad their own bottom lines.
