Anurag Duggal

One of the most awesome physicians I have ever come across. He has shown the same level of care and compassion and attentiveness for my senior (70+) mother, who was recently hospitalized (September 2025) with severe issues resulting in extreme levels of pain and suffering, as our own family has. Both his medical understanding and his compassion as a human are awe-inspiring and have brought tears to my mother's eyes multiple times a day for the last 2 weeks since he's been taking care of her. Even with her being moved over to a longer-term managed Care facility in the next couple days, he arranged to have her some place that he can come check on her daily in person. Words can't express what that means to our family. Thank you Dr. Duggal, from the bottom of our hearts.

Dr. Duggal was late for my appointment for about 3 hours. I was hospitalized and had to wait for his opinion for further actions on antibiotics selection. Furthermore, after our first appointment, he promised to show up when I got discharged from the hospital, and he did not, we waited from morning to noon with no sign of Dr. Duggal. His office also did not call to set up a follow up appointment as promised. On top of this disappointing and unprofessional encounter with the doctor, we were sent to a collection agency after only 1 week of receiving the bill from the doctor's office! We had to call the office 3 times to try to pay for the obviously not late bill. And guess what! the lady in the billing department told us that they had a system glitch and my name got sent to the collection a

Dr Duggal did not show up for my appointment. The person that did see me turned out not to be listed on their website and was not recognized by the lab or imaging specialists. When I finally did get someone on the phone they did not have them in the system either. Needless to say, I booked an appointment with a different ID specialist. Just too many unknowns with the I d squad altogether.
