My first visit to NCH. Checkin went very well. She was pleasant and completed checkin in good time. Wait-time to see my doctor was minimal. The nurse completed her duties and doctor came in without much of a wait. Doctor was friendly, thorough, and was patient with my questions. His explanations were easy to understand.
