I've enjoyed working with Dr. Vora and his team and will return there as needed. Dr. Vora took the time to explain my test results and offered a few preventative options. Now I understand why my primary care doctor sent me to see him.

My experience with Dr. Vora and his staff was excellent. The waiting room is pleasant, the administrative staff welcoming and friendly. The nurse who ushered me in and took the vitals and a scan was very kind, professional, and efficient. The exam and consultation with Dr. Vora were very comprehensive and informative. My doc referred me to Dr Vora when my PSA had risen from 1.13 to 3.25 over about 9 months. Securing an appointment, registration, etc was all smooth and easy. On appt day I was getting weighed and interviewed less than 10 minutes after arrival and met Dr Vora 5 minutes later. He had reviewed my existing blood work, health history, medical questionnaire, etc and we dove right in. Naturally I had been quite worried and spent many hours consuming internet information and came armed with 1,000 questions. He patiently entertained each one including a half dozen “what if” scenarios. I never felt rush and when I’d exhausted all we setup the next steps. My dad had an appointment with Dr. Vora at the Silver Spring office. After his visit, he was asked to schedule surgery at MedStar, which he did. Dr. Vora also prescribed medication and instructed my dad to return for a follow-up visit. After his visit to MedStar, however, he was told to see another urologist because the doctor’s findings there seemed to differ from Dr. Vora’s. The doctor at MedStar tried to contact Dr. Vora for clarification but was unable to reach him. We sent a message to Dr. Vora through FollowMyHealth but did not receive a response. We sent a follow-up message, but still received no reply. When we called his office, we spoke with his assistant, Kelly, who was extremely rude. Yesterday my appointment with Doctor Vora was very smooth ! I did preregistration online so I signed in & within 5 to 8 minutes the nurse called me back & took my BP! Waited another 5 minutes for the technician to do my scan! Soon after that Doctor Vora came in! He’s very soft spoken & down to earth! We went over my scan & meds & made me feel relaxed & comfortable! Made a follow up appointment & I was out of there ! Thanks !
