They never follow your appointment time They take forever to call your name and when it comes to information or trying to reschedule, they never pick up the phone for some type of reason. It’s really hard to get in touch with them so if ever comes for you to make an appointment or need something, you better off going in person

I have been trying to get an appointment at this place for the past year calling and calling repeatedly no answer. However I have tried to change my reference letter to a different neurologist because it seems to me all the reviews online are horrible and unprofessional I already have a feeling that once I see this doctor my results will be prolonged and inaccurate. My insurance says that this is the only place they work with which I believe is not true how can a business like this put people's lives at risk with unprofessional staff and neurologists????

ZERO STAR! This place is dirty, it smells horrible and no one ever answers the phone or return calls after leaving a voice messages. I do not recommend this location. It’s been over a year and I still can’t reach anyone so I could make an appointment. Trash establishment! Please do yourself a favor and seek a different location. The inside of this office looks as if it belongs DTLA on skidrow. Good luck everyone.

Lazy representatives I’ve been trying to get in contact with scheduling so I can schedule my first appointment since two days ago and they just seem like they can’t pick up that phone. I WILL BE REPORTING YOU GUYS TO THE MEDICAL BOARD FOR FAILURE TO PROVIDE PATIENT CARE , PATIENT NEGLIGENCE .

Answer the phone! Quest diagnostics literally called the office and no one answered! Dr Dmitri help! What the heck is going on? My blood test was incomplete and quest diagnostics tried to call you guys to ask for clarification, but NO ANSWER! Make it make sense!
