I am a 3rd generation customer of Anthony Brown and up until recently they have been great but recently I went in to renew a script for a mental health medications which I get a 90day supply of. I was denied my meds b/c they claimed my script wasn't up yet... Problem is I have the script bottle and my last refill was in April. The guy working gave me a 7 day supply which I have already used up and I have been dealing with medication withdrawal symptoms now for over a week and according to them can't get another script for another week. Anthony Brown has gone from a beloved home town pharmacy to a business who could care less about the people they serve and now only care about money $$$...

I've been with them for 20+ years and have nothing but top notch help.

Struggling because I love it there. However, on Mother’s Day, I dealt with Colleen who is the Manager of Anthony Brown’s. She told me as I was picking up my Ozempic for my Diabetes that the pharmacy would go out of business for covering the $175 each time I refill. I was so flabbergasted and disgusted that I grabbed my prescription, left and immediately switched over to Wegmans. My family has been going there since before I was born. Colleen is the manager and if this is how she’s speaking to me regarding a prescription with judgement, discrimination and unprofessionalism, what is she saying to other people? The funny part is, my father-in-law gets the exact same prescription but nothing has ever been said to him. Colleen should not represent Anthony Browns Pharmacy.

I can’t say enough good things about Anthony Brown Pharmacy! The staff is always so friendly and willing to help, even when I wait too long to refill my prescription. If they need to hear back from my doctor, they always make sure I’m covered by giving me a few pills to hold me over so I don’t end up sick. They were also able to look up my insurance information when Rite Aid said they couldn’t do it, which was a huge relief. I travel over an hour just to come to this pharmacy, and it’s worth it every time for the excellent service and care they provide.

We've been customers of Anthony-Brown Pharmacy for over 25 years. They are family owned, friendly and always dependable. While chain pharmacies have come and gone, Anthony-Brown has weathered the storms.
