Anthea’s Healing Hands

Had such a relaxing afternoon at Anthea's Healing Hands. First I started in the Salt Chamber and Infrared Sauna room. I used the sauna on the pain relief setting for 30 minutes and my body felt great after!! I sat in the salt chamber for a few minutes after to cool off, hydrate and prepare to go to my final treatment, Halotherapy. This was my first time trying Halotherapy and I will definitely be going back. After just 5 minutes, my sinuses were all clear. Anthea was super helpful and explained everything beforehand so I knew what to expect. I can't wait to go back!!

It is so true Anthea does have healings hands and has created a beautiful healing space. I have gone to Anthea for a few years now and love the different healing therapies she has added. I am a believer in the Dry Salt Therapy "Halotherapy". I have bronchiectasis and breathing in the fine salt air has helped to clear my lungs, added bonus my skin feels great too.

I love the atmosphere always peaceful I usually get in the salt sauna and relax with the music and also enjoy looking at the epsinsalt cristal walls in the dry sauna room if you haven't checked them out I'd say do it also Anthea is an extremely knowledgeable person who is excellent in her field

Anthea is so amazingly gifted. I have been seeing her for several years and she does wonders for my chronic pain. Love her heart, too. You cannot go wrong by seeing her!
