Antelope Valley Medical Center WIC Program

Hanging on on people and not calling back, they have zero patience and no phone etiquette. I have two twin girls who are in desperate need of formula. Although I’m breast-feeding, it’s not feeding them enough. It takes a really long time to get through on the phone and then once you do, they do absolutely nothing about it. They say they’re gonna call you back but they don’t. Miss Angelica has absolutely no patience and she kept saying the phone call dropped when she hung up and then she kept calling me Jennifer when I told her my name is Jaclyn four times.

I’m going to report them. Not only did they hung up on me I was on the line waiting for over two hours. They are beyond unprofessional. Disgusting people who can’t do their jobs which is to HELP women who are MOTHERS who are struggling to provide for their kids. They should be ashamed of how unprofessional they are and how much they’ll do just to avoid their jobs.

Great place for helping out families and for families in need for assistance

I was on the phone for less than 30min and a wonderful staff by the name of Martha assisted me with my transfer benefits. Thank you sooo much for having wonderful staff that is there to help And not make it complicated . Definitely recommended

They literally IGNORE phone calls through the day and when/if someone answers they just put you on hold and never return to the call. I've been trying to call to schedule an appointment for a week. I even had a lady there PRETEND to call me back just to do the minimum of her job. It's insane how BADLY managed this place is.
