I have been here a few times and previous visits were okay. But this last visit was one of the top 3 worst massages I have had in decades of getting massages all over the country. I specified neck and hip as issues to be addressed. About 3 minutes was spent on my neck at the end of the hour with no relief. Not a typical massage, just trigger points. Therapist was cool and seemed uncaring, though I must say she was distant previously, as well, but massages were somewhat better. I felt like she didn’t want me to return as she didn’t ask about scheduling a new appointment.

Tamar is a skilled practitioner, who has an incredible capacity to understand a patient's needs with very little explanation at all. A few days after my treatment, the chronic pain in my back and neck has been dramatically reduced. I'm very grateful for her technical skill and empathetic nature. I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a massage therapist in the Albuquerque/Rio Rancho area.

Tamar is a wonderful massage therapist. She is professional, the room is setup perfectly so that the lights dim while you’re getting changed and music plays, it’s perfect for optimal relaxation. She is so wonderful at targeting knots and really works problem areas. It took me so long to find a great massage therapist in Rio Rancho and I’m glad to have found Anodyne.

Tamar is the most talented therapist I’ve ever worked with, and I’ve worked with a lot. 25 year old spinal injury, Tamar keeps things from spiraling out of control.
