My aunt moved in recently, the staff have gone above and beyond to make the transition as smooth as possible. They seem genuinely caring. And definitely has “a touch of class”
The staff at this nursing home went above and beyond to make my family member feel at home. The social services director was so helpful and personable.
My mom is a client / resident there i am highly upset / disappointed when I was visiting her there at this facility she pressed the call button for emergency assistance and we waited over 15 for any one to come assist her what if she was choking or something? I'm really concerned about keeping her here.....
