Anna Trupp Lcsw

Anna is an amazing custody evaluator and adult therapist. She has done numerous custody evaluations and has acted as a litigation consultant for my firm and many others in the valley. Please take the negative reviews here with a grain of salt. Remember, rarely is either parent happy at the end of an evaluation because usually what is best for children is somewhere in the middle. She does adult therapy and coaching services as well that have been invaluable for my client's over the years.

If I could give zero stars I would. Failed to protect my son from an abusive home because there were no police records and is easily manipulated. Now I’m back in court fighting again to protect my son, 5 years later after an arrest was made for violence.

Anna was great to work with. She is professional, objective, kind and experienced. When we were looking at getting a custody evaluation our lawyer was adamant about getting her as our evaluator. I felt Anna prioritized the needs of my son throughout the evaluation. She also worked hard to help my ex-wife and I start to get in a better co-parenting relationship. You probably won’t get everything you want out of the evaluation but maybe that’s what needs to happen if your child(ren) are going to objectively get what they really need. Also her assistant Brooke is very pleasant and on the ball. Would recommend.

My review of Anna can be broken into two parts. The first part is her evaluation leading up to our 4903 conference. The 4903 conference is where you meet to discuss the custody evaluator's recommendation for child custody. The second part was Anna's involvement much later. If I were to rate Anna on the first part, I probably would have given her a four or five-star review. She was a calming presence and seemed to want to help both myself and my ex-wife to work towards a fair resolution. If our legal issues had ended at the 4903 conference, then this review would praise Anna for the work she did in helping us get to that resolution. Unfortunately, and this isn't Anna's fault, my ex-wife ultimately rejected Anna's custody recommendation and our legal battle lasted over 4 1/2 years. After 4

Anna really came through for us during the case. She set a lot of long time issues straight during the final conference, showing she took all of the facts and evidence into account, and appraised the situation accurately. I’m very happy we decided to go with Anna for our evaluation. Anna’s no nonsense, yet caring demeanor was exactly what our situation called for. Anna and Brooke were both great to work with. Scheduling was easy, the office was welcoming, and they actually made the process enjoyable. True professionals that have a genuine care for the family. Thank you Anna and Brooke!
