Customer Reviews
The service is slow but in all honesty the reason that is is because this eye clinic stays busy. There's never a day were this place is easy to access. The options they offer are always nice. The price rates are also very affordable. I have recommended this place and will continue to do so because I find it a every convenient clinic.
Maybe the office doesn't look the best and maybe the area and the neighborhood are a little bit run down looking but the staff here are excellent. They get you in the same day on a consistent basis and they treat you very kindly as long as you treat them kindly. A little bit of kindness on both ends goes a long way and they really do their very best to get you the top product in the best amount of time that will suit your personal needs as a patient. This is the second time in less than two years that I've had to walk in to see these people and every time they accept the State Medicaid (LA Cares, Straight Medi-Cal). I must say that a lot of optometrist and specialist really look down on you when it comes to taking appointments for people with the State Medicaid. But these people treat you
I was a walking. And they said that they accept walk ins until 1 p.m on a Saturday. Inside was crowded but was able to see the doctor in 20 minutes. And got to chose my style of glasses in less than 10 minutes. Amazing service a bit pricey in the glasses because they were all brand plus to place the lens, but it was worth getting that service especially on the weekend. They must be pros all the staff members were so nice and super friendly. Can not say nothing bad. I had my thoughts when reading 1 negative review but I took a chance, again worth going for sure!!
The lack of management makes this place really bad. The wait time is an hours even after making an appointment. I rather spend my money were im treated right and get real service instead of being told to wait in a crowded room with people. I can't believe how rude i was treated trying to receive information. By the person called Myrna not giving me her last name. It's disturbing and upsetting! I do not recommend you taking your business here especially if the belittle you for using medical. They places has discriminate against me and i don't want that type of business in my community!
I called them and asked if there was a wait if I already have a prescription. I was told it would be no more than 10 minutes. I arrive at the place and was told it was over 40 minutes wait. Do not go there! It's a welfare office for glasses with dmv type lines and wait.
