I visited while manic. She let me know that I was not welcome back. She does not know how to work with mental health patients. I needed refills in the following week. She refused to refill even though it wasn’t even 14 days. Office policy is for 30 days after being asked to go elsewhere. Her and her nurse Rhonda let me know I was taken off as a patient from the system. I had gone to the offices for 4 years. Never a problem, go in manic and I let them know I was manic and I was treated like a drug addict. I still take my children to the office. But avoid Ann at all cost. She has no bedside manner. I’ve contacted the physicians board of Iowa to complain. Patient abandonment is what took place. I wouldn’t recommend her non professionalism as a worthwhile PA. I only went to her for one appoint
