Best foot Dr EVER! I have had two bunion removals with virtually no pain! My husband has also seen the doctor for ingrown toenails, which he also fixed. He has a great personality and a good bedside matter. If you’re looking for a foot doctor, he should be your man face.

Dr. Pellecchia is a great surgeon, and he performed a really great surgery on my foot. Minimal pain and everything healed really well. I liked him a lot and had a lot of respect for him. Then, couple of months later I came to see him with a problem unrelated to this surgery. I needed to order an orthotics for my other foot. He helped me with ordering it, but unfortunately orthotics came little smaller than I needed. The cost of custom orthotics is around 400 dollars, and you expect them to fit well. I came to Dr. Pellecchia and asked him for advise on how to fix this problem. At this point he started to behave as so he was a policeman and I was a criminal. Dr. P is a wonderful and gifted surgeon! My 1st surgery with him was back in 2013, I had bunions, corns, extra long toes...truly unsightly feet, until doc worked his magic!!! These toes are pretty, I get compliments everyday on these feet, and I'm quick to tell ppl where these feet came from and who's skills have them looking as pretty as they are. Dr. P has awesome bed side manor, he's funny, and he knows his way around a foot as his surgical skills are top notch, and I highly recommend him for any of your foot and ankle needs.

Dr. Pellecchia is hands down the best doctor in this field. He’s extremely thorough, and brilliant when it comes to diagnosis/treatment. I can’t say enough positive things about him and his practice. In addition to being the best, his staff also excels. I will continuously refer everyone I know to him.

I am extremely pleased with Doctor Pellechia and his office staff. He did an outstanding job performing surgery on both of my feet (bunion osteotomy). The first surgery was 10/2021 and the second surgery was 1/2022. My recovery has been remarkable and as expected. The two unsightly and painful bunions are gone and I am looking forward to wearing stylish shoes once again. I would highly recommend Doctor Pellechia.
