Scheduling online was very easy and user-friendly. When I arrived at the office was extremely clean and the Receptionist and MA were extremely polite with great personalities. They were knowledgeable, and my check-in and departure was handled very efficiently. When I met Dr. Livingston, he was very professional, knowledgeable, and gave you a sense of security. He explained what was going on and gave me my options as well as his suggestion. I felt he was truly concerned about my situation and was helping me make the best decision to move forward. It’s difficult to find this quality of podiatrist. Who sees you as a patient and a person and I truly appreciate these qualities. I highly recommend this office for any podiatry needs you might have.

Check in process was very simple. They provide online check in prior to your visit so you're not rushed. Wait time was minimal and Nurse was friendly. Doctor Livingston was very easy to talk and listened to my concerns and found the root cause of my pain through x-ray.

Depends on the location. Lawrenceville location NO ⭐STARS NOT A 1 is horrible the desk person not the best at all. I would never recommend this location I don't care how much pain a person was in. Loganville location I GIVE 5 ⭐ STARS this location you want to go to. Dr. Nelson was absolutely wonderful his staff was amazing and friendly comforting pleasant and actually introduced themselves. I would make the drive to go to this location.

Very friendly staff especially the front desk . She was very helpful and very kind . Dr Livingston was great too .

Awesome office staff, very courteous and make you feel welcome. Dr. Livingston is very knowledgeable and listens to your concerns and explains the diagnosis. Very thorough and I left after one visit having answers and solutions.
