Appointment schedules are double, and likely, triple booked causing outrageous wait times. Waited an hour and other patients that just walk in and waited 5 minutes were placed ahead in line. There is no thought or consideration nor any value given to the patient’s time. I guess it’s who you know if you want the “great” service they advertise.

Dr. Kramer was extremely unprofessional and quite rude. He proceeded to explain how my injury would “heal on its own” and then tried to schedule an un-needed surgery. I’m not sure if he’s looking for the extra income for some reason, but I would not recommend under any circumstance.

I’ve never been lead to leave a review for anything but I can’t allow anyone else to receive the treatment I experienced. I went to the office because I was experiencing issues with my foot once I returned home from school. Once I was seen by the doctor before they started they told me my insurance wouldn’t be covering the procedure. I explained to the doctor I’d come back another time. The doctor and I shared a conversation and she told me to not worry about the procedure and that she’d let the front desk know NOT to charge me for the procedure just the Co-pay and the insoles for my feet. What I thought was a blessing in May turned out to be a nightmare in December when I found out I had a outstanding bill from the practice and that the doctor that worked on my foot called my claim “inacc

I had been suffering from ingrown toenails on both big toes for years and contacted the office and had an appointment with in a week and they did both toes the same day and the only pain was the shots before the surgery and it was not bad at all. I wish that I would have done this years sooner.

Valerie Littleton and Lyn Carver denied much-needed care to my mother, causing her significant and unnecessary pain and suffering. They were unprofessional, discourteous, and overall apathetic to patients. I am sickened by their behavior, and their unbecoming conduct. Dr. Kramer is the owner of the establishment and allows and employs people of low morality and they do not care about their patients. I hope others have a different experience with them because this experience with them has just been abhorrent. Val and Lyn Carver are unsuitable to be interacting with the public. They don’t care about the patient’s needs. Litigation likely to follow this traumatizing and unnecessary experience by Dr. Kramer’s staff.
