This office used to be good. I started going here when I had my first born in 2020, back then the practice was relatively small so Dr Malik was very attentive and patience with her patients. Now the practice grows and we notice the service they’re providing is so minimal and sometimes feel like being rushed off every time we go. We specify asked to have the vaccines drawn up in the room infront of us and spread all the vaccine shots individually in each visit; we were told that it’s hard to accommodate our needs and we would take up too much of their time for these requests. Being their clients for 5 years, we felt like we are no long being taken in for considerate or valued. If you are looking for a physician that can bond a special intimate and caring relationship, I recommend somewher

Horrible doctor’s office. Booked annual well visit /physical for my 2 kids. Got there in time for my appointment and was told the appointments were cancelled because there was no insurance in file. Bear in mind, I’ve been self paying for my kids medical bills from the same doctors office and was there last week due to my son having a broken thumb and I self-paid. I guess this is what greed looks like as they are unable to charge insurance companies the exorbitant fees due to me self paying. Do better! Horrible customer service by the team!

so thankful to have found this practice. i was impressed even before they moved to their newly renovated office. now they have a more beautiful space to match their exemplary care. also, their desk staff are punctual, professional and kind.

Dr. Malik is just wonderful. She cares about her patients, calls to check up on them if there’s a sick visit over the weekend, she has fit my children in for same day appointments every single time we’ve ever needed one since we started coming to her practice several years ago. I also appreciate that she is conservative in her approach to prescribing medicine and doesn’t prescribe anything unless it’s really needed. She even came to the hospital to examine our youngest child when he was first born which was so nice. We are so glad we found her!

So I called to find out if they accept self pay patient, I was told by the receptionist yes!! I was put on hold for the longest while. Then she came back on the phone to say she spoke with her staff and they wants to only see persons who is actually a patient there in other words if u not gonna stay with them they won’t see you!! Now we can always have a job but you miss certainly won’t keep it!!! That the most inhumane thing I was ever told!!! I have a different insurance for my child but not getting the answer I need so of course I need a second opinion!!! And if I have to switch doctors I will !!! It’s a process to switch providers and worse if it not the time died to do so. My child is sick now!!!!!! Very very inhumane . Dr Malik is good but if she keep these people who don’t kno what
