If I could put 0 stars, I definitely would. EXTREMELY disappointed with Animal Wellness Veterinary Hospital. I've been telling them for weeks that there was something wrong with my cat. She wasn’t eating well and losing weight quickly. They said she had worms and gave her meds for that. She continued to get worse, and the vet did nothing to discover why, no bloodwork or X-rays. Anything. I called 5 times the other day and got no answer, no call back. They have done that to me several times. I would call them multiple times and no answer. I had to insist they make an appointment for blood work. Not because they thought she needed it, it was because I told them they needed to check. Because they were doing absolutely nothing for her. I had to call the vet I used to take her to and they wer

The doctor seems to be fine. However the staff up front are incredibly lacking in customer service skills. Told me to buy and bring a cone for my dog. 5 different stores later only to be told that cone wouldn't work. Then I found out they have cones there available (of course for $22) but just charge that much more for the surgery and offer the cone. It's truly absurd. My babies will never be here again. Also they owe me $18 dollars. Avoid at all costs.

Great Vet who is super reasonable on rates. She has a beautiful hand on surgery too!

We took our dog here today as she has been sick since the weekend. Great care, saw us with short notice, exam, shots, and prescriptions for 1/4 of the vet we used before. Great care, understanding staff, and a fee that was far less than other vets in our area, what else does a pet owner need. We recommend these wonderful folks, whole heartily.
