We have had great communication with the staff throughout several doctor appointments for our dog, making us feel adequately informed and reassured that we made the right decision in placing our dog in their care. They are incredibly competent and have maintained a friendly demeanor every step of the way, which we are grateful for given the circumstances. We would absolutely recommend entrusting your loved ones with them.

I have been a loyal follower on social media and was always in awe of how they take care of babies in the shelter so I wanted to donate. I bought a whole bunch of new toys,blankets,bowls for both cats and dogs. I was so excited to drop off the goodies. When I got there I was not greeted and when I told them what I was there for a staff member was rude and ungrateful. She said just set it there, nothing else the interaction was less than a minute I was very upset with how that worker made my first visit a bad one. With that being said I’m still a follower and I would love to donate again for those babies in need but with how I was treated.

This should be a zero... Do not let your pets on the floor in this location!! Warning. We took our dog to get his vaccinations. Walked in to the left and sat down he ate something of the floor. Immediately went into convulsions. One of the techs picked him up and took him to the back. We were told the doctor on site is not a real doctor and there doctors out for the day. That doctor admister sum meds and was able to recover the dog but wanted us to take him to ER. When asked to speak to who was in charge I was told she was on her way and be there in 10mins. That turns into a hour wait. This was a big joke talking to the manager. She said she reviewed the cameras and could not see our dog eat anything. We told her it was a white small pill. There are some weird and bizarre reviews on here! I just had my second dog fixed here, and I have been raising dogs for over 15 years!! These people have a great sense of humor, work really hard, they care, they are very helpful, friendly, explain everything, are on time, and just do the job very well! God bless them for caring so much!!! ❤️

For the money, AS does a good job. They do as good or better with neuter and spay than most private vets for a third of the money.
