Very sweet and helpful staff! After calling a dozen places for an international health certificate for my three kitties, I finally was met with helpfulness and kindness, which gave me instant relief. I had been stressing to find a clinic that could help me with a USDA endorsement, and after calling Bloomingdale I was happy to not only have found a clinic that could help, but a clinic so sweet and kind. When I brought my three babies, the vet tech and doctor made them feel really comfortable and was playing with them and offering treats after a stressful car ride. I knew they genuinely cared for the kitties, which was when I knew I put my trust in the right place.

I am extremely disappointed with how my dog’s care was handled by this office and I will not be returning to this clinic. After my dog’s annual visit, grooming, and trial bag of ElleVet CBD soft chews treats provided by the office, she developed severe itching. I was told the visit fee would be waived if the issue was related to services or products from the clinic, but the office blamed an OTC flea treatment (that I’ve always used) I only used the day before bringing her back in because she was already itching and they charged me anyway. I expressed that the only change had been the treats and the vet explained that this could be a reaction due to beef being an ingredient. I even asked if the exam fee itself could be discounted. This Animal Medical Center is absolutely wonderful! Every single person I have encountered wether it's on the phone, at check in, the techs and the vets, has been so wonderful and so kind! They have treated my elderly cat with such care and kindness. The best Vet I have encountered in the 18 yrs with my fur baby!

I had an emergency with my guinea pig and the night before i had went to blue pearl for emergency care, and we found out he needed to have urgent surgery to remove his eye. I called Animal Medical Center, hoping they would have availability same day this morning, since my little man was in a lot of pain. From the get go, Cristina, was amazing! She was so patient with me as i explained the whole situation to her and told her everything that had happened. She reassured me that they could at least see me today and get established for the surgery to be scheduled for Thursday. Even with that being a few days out, I still wanted to come here but i called around to see if anyone had anything for surgery same day. The Animal Medical Center is a one stop shop for us because we utilize the vet services, the boarding and the grooming services. It gives us comfort while our dog is being boarded that a vet is at the facility. We find the doctors and staff to be very friendly and responsive and kind to our fur baby.
