Horrible experience with this vetenarian .my dog was suffering from allergies and I took her here and the vet basicly came to waiting room and did nothing my dog was very excited but a very sweet girl and then the vet just walked off and I was charged 150$ for absolutely no advice or medicine. And the lady at the front desk even said your prob mad about having to pay for this and I said yes I'm disappointed for having to pay for no services I will never recommend this hell hole If you don't have a passion to help maybe it's time to retire .. She even asked when the last time my dog had puppies lol my dog has never had puppies you'd think you would know this if your a vet . Absolute JOKE. I ended up going to Wenatchee and was helped with professional care

Very reasonable prices and I found them attentive to detail and patient with my questions. Didn't try to push extra services and deposits and cancellation fees are normal with most things. If you shop around you'll find this place is about par and actually cheaper than more populated areas by hundreds of dollars. As far Dr. Tuttel? Extremely sweet with my cat which is exactly what I pay for. Vet tech was patient and answered all questions for aftercare. Service option isn't listed but I paid for a dental inspection, blood panel, antibiotics, dental cleaning (and tooth removal) and painkillers. Highly recommend.

Our little conure was attacked by our African Gray parrot around her beak on Saturday. I was able to clean her up and stop the bleeding but she was having difficulty eating and drinking even though she was trying. Dr Tuttle allowed us to get her in before she started seeing patients and mixed together an antibiotic, pain reliever, and vitamins, gave us some baby bird feed and baby food to start her off with (getting baby bird feed is nearly impossible around here you have to special order it). This isn’t the first time Dr Tuttle has helped us with our emergencies. When we had our pet pig she was the only vet within 130 miles of us (agricultural area too) that would see her when she was sick. We appreciate her willingness to save or try to save our fur/feather babes without hesitation.

They are rude! Rip you off for Money you can't afford. They don't explain there service's, just bring your animal in so we can over charge for stuff you don't need! Take advantage of a person when there most down with there animal. Horrible hospital! Don't go there. There has to be a honest vet somewhere!

My kitten was injured. I couldn’t get into my usual veterinarian. I called The Animal Hospital and they listened to my fears and even though they had no openings, they agreed to see my kitten. Turns out he had a broken pelvis and they made sure he was safe and comfortable and now he’s back to his usual kitty self. Thank you Animal Hospital, for listening and caring and opening up your full schedule when no one else would. ❤️🐱
