Animal Hospital of Clinton-Perryville: Dr. Ross Keith DVM

So, I called to take my cat for a UTI. And I was told they were not taking any new patients… So it is not a Hospital in the sense that you cannot take your pet here in an emergency situation. It’s apparently a veterinarian clinic but they also don’t take any appointments so I’m not sure how this works… I asked about a waiting list? Honestly very puzzled.. I just moved to the area, read all the great reviews but cannot ever take my cat in . Maybe I was unlucky with the receptionist taking calls? I have never encountered this situation ever before. Not sure how this veterinary clinic works but if you are looking for one, you will not be able to take your pet here… this is as of April-may 2025. Disappointing!

Having gone through several vets due to many relocations, I can with ALL HONESTY say Dr. Ross is the finest on every level. He’s talented, intelligent and genuinely cares about your pet. Cannot recommend high enough!!

We LOVE Dr. Ross!! He is the most caring Vet we have ever dealt with. He treats our animals with the utmost respect and sensitivity. Would recommend him and his staff 100%!!

Dr Ross is the best! He is compassionate and has great attention to detail. His staff is also wonderful. Wouldn't bring my dog anywhere else!
